    The name Castra is an old roman word used to designate a plot of land utilized by the military.  The pentagon on our logo represents the individuals who have served in far away lands, while the interior star represents those who serve their communities as first responders.      


    We believe that to elevate life, it starts inside the heart.  Almost every culture has their version of this practice.  We come from a conscious mindset that life starts with taking care of yourself first.  If your mind, body, and spirit are healthy, you can easily assist others in elevating life.   


    Our company provides an azimuth towards unity through individuals slowing down, becoming centered and balanced through an active and healthy lifestyle. A major goal is to highlight the conscious thought of unity by living an example of compassion and service towards all humans and mother earth.
